Troubleshooting

Possible causes:

  1. Missing Shop ID

    • Check if the store identifier is entered
    • Without Shop ID, the code will not be rendered
  2. Filter is blocking display

    • Check the use of the wpify_woo_zbozi_conversion_render_code filter
  3. You are not on the thank you page

    • The code is only displayed on the thank you page after completing an order

Possible causes:

  1. Incorrect Shop ID or Private Key

    • Verify the credentials in the Zbozi.cz administration
  2. AdBlocker

    • AdBlockers can block conversion scripts
    • Test with the adBlocker disabled
  3. JavaScript error

    • Open the browser console (F12)
    • Check for errors that may be blocking the script

Possible causes:

  1. Missing Sklik ID

    • Fill in the “Sklik ID” field in the settings
  2. Incorrect Sklik ID

    • Verify the value in the Sklik.cz interface

Cause: You have both this module and the premium extension active simultaneously.

Solution: Deactivate one of the modules:

  • WPify Woo Zbozi.cz/Sklik Limited Conversion Tracking
  • WPify Woo Zbozi.cz Conversion tracking (premium)

We recommend using only the premium extension, which offers more features.


Cause: Incorrect cookie name/value settings.

Solution:

  1. Open DevTools → Application → Cookies
  2. Verify the exact cookie name and value
  3. Enter the correct values in the settings
  1. Place a test order
  2. On the thank you page, open the console (F12 → Console)
  3. Look for output: conversionConf
  4. Verify that it contains the correct values
  1. On the thank you page, view the source code (Ctrl+U)
  2. Look for <!-- Zbozi.cz / Sklik conversion Limited -->
  3. Verify the presence and correctness of parameters

  • WPify Woo plugin version
  • Browser console screenshot
  • Shop ID (anonymized if needed)
