ARES Integration
The module enables connection with the ARES database (Administrative Register of Economic Subjects) for automatic filling of company details and Company ID validation.
Go to module settings: WPify → WPify Woo > VAT ID in Checkout
Automatic Address Filling
Section titled “Automatic Address Filling”Customers purchasing as a company can enter only their Company ID and all company details will be automatically filled from the ARES database.
Activation
Section titled “Activation”Check the “Automatic address filling from ARES” option.
Custom Button Text
Section titled “Custom Button Text”In the “Text for automatic ARES filling display” field, customize the text displayed on the button in checkout.
Position in Checkout
Section titled “Position in Checkout”Use the “Automatic ARES filling” field to choose display position:

| After checkbox | Displayed after “I’m buying as a company” checkbox (requires active checkbox) |
| After Company ID field | Displayed directly below the Company ID field |
Filled Details
Section titled “Filled Details”After entering Company ID and clicking the button, the following are automatically filled:
- Company name
- Street and building number
- City
- Postal code
- Tax ID (if company is VAT registered)
Company ID Validation
Section titled “Company ID Validation”The correctness of entered Company ID can be verified in the ARES database.
Validation Options
Section titled “Validation Options”In settings, you can enable two verification options:

| After entering Company ID in checkout | Check occurs immediately after leaving the field |
| When submitting order | Check occurs after clicking the submit button |
You can activate one or both options simultaneously.
Behavior with Invalid Company ID
Section titled “Behavior with Invalid Company ID”If Company ID is not found in the ARES database:
- An error message is displayed at the Company ID field
- The order cannot be submitted (if validation on submission is active)
Saving Changes
Section titled “Saving Changes”After making all changes, save settings using the button at the bottom of the page.
