Troubleshooting

Possible causes:

  1. Module is not active

    • Check: WPify → WPify Woo
    • Enable the “Free Shipping Notice” module
  2. No position selected

    • In the module settings, select at least one position in the “Positions” section
  3. Cart does not require shipping

    • The notice will not display if products do not require shipping
    • Enable “Always show” to display always
  4. Minimum cart amount

    • Check the “Minimum cart amount to display” setting
    • The cart value may be below this limit
  5. Empty message

    • Fill in the “Free shipping message” field

Possible causes:

  1. Missing wc-cart-fragments script

    • The module automatically loads the wc-cart-fragments script
    • Check if the theme or another plugin is not removing this script
  2. JavaScript error

    • Open the browser console (F12) and check for errors
    • Another plugin may be causing a conflict
  3. Cache

    • Clear browser cache and WordPress cache
    • Exclude the cart and checkout pages from caching

Possible causes:

  1. Manual vs. automatic loading

    • Check if the limit is set correctly
    • If using “Load from Free shipping settings”, verify WooCommerce settings
  2. Wrong calculation method

    • Check the “Which cart amount to count on” setting
    • Make sure it matches your WooCommerce shipping settings
  3. Multiple currencies

    • When using a currency switcher, the limit is recalculated
    • Check exchange rates

Possible causes:

  1. CSS conflict

    • The theme may be overriding .progress or .progress-value styles
    • Add more specific CSS rules
  2. Animation not working

    • Some browsers may block CSS animations
    • Check browser settings

Notice Displays Even When Shipping Is Free

Section titled “Notice Displays Even When Shipping Is Free”

Cause: Missing goal achievement message.

Solution: Fill in the “Free shipping confirmation message” field.

Cause: Theme is overriding inline styles.

Solution: Use CSS with !important:

.wpify-woo-free-shipping-notice {
background-color: #your-color !important;
color: #your-text-color !important;
}

Possible causes:

  1. Hook position is overridden by theme

    • Some themes change hook order
    • Use shortcode for precise position control
  2. Conflict with another plugin

    • Another plugin may be using the same hooks with higher priority

Solution: Use the shortcode [wpify_woo_free_shipping_notice] in a template or widget.
