Troubleshooting

Possible causes:

  1. No group created

    • Add at least one date group in the settings
  2. Empty date values

    • Fill in values for “In stock delivery days” etc.
  3. Empty message

    • Fill in “Delivery date message”
  4. No position selected

    • Select at least one position in “Display locations”
  5. Value is ”-”

    • A dash means “do not display”

Possible causes:

  1. Wrong bridging time

    • Check “Bridging time to next day”
    • After this time, +1 day is added
  2. Weekends are not skipped

    • Enable “Skip weekends” if you don’t want to count Saturday and Sunday
  3. Time zone

    • Check the time zone settings in Settings → General

Possible causes:

  1. Only one shipping zone

    • The selector only appears when there are multiple zones
  2. JavaScript error

    • Open the browser console (F12)
    • Check for errors
  3. Filter disables the selector

    • Check wpify_woo_delivery_dates_disable_country_select

Dates are not displayed for the correct country

Section titled “Dates are not displayed for the correct country”

Cause: Incorrect shipping zone mapping.

Solution:

  1. Check the settings in WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping
  2. Verify that the country is correctly assigned to the zone
  3. Select the correct shipping methods in the module settings

Possible causes:

  1. Empty value filled in

    • An empty value does not replace the global setting
    • Use a dash - to “not display”
  2. Wrong group

    • Each group has its own product settings

”Today” / “Tomorrow” not displayed

Section titled “”Today” / “Tomorrow” not displayed”

Cause: The feature is not enabled.

Solution: Enable “Today and tomorrow as text” in the settings.
