Heureka Feed
Heureka feed settings are located at WooCommerce → Settings → Wpify Woo → Heureka Feed (separate tabs for CZ and SK). Always save changes using the button at the bottom of the page.
Delivery Terms
Section titled “Delivery Terms”Configure two global delivery timeframes:

| Delivery time | Days from payment (or order for COD) to shipment for in-stock products |
| Delivery time for out of stock | Days for products requiring special order |
Heureka automatically converts these numeric values into text descriptions.
Product Exclusion
Section titled “Product Exclusion”| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Exclude out of stock items | Only include products with “In stock” or “On backorder” status |
| Exclude items on backorder | Exclude products with “On backorder” status |
| Exclude items without category | Exclude products without a mapped Heureka category |
Tag Value Settings
Section titled “Tag Value Settings”Custom ITEM_ID Field
Section titled “Custom ITEM_ID Field”The ITEM_ID tag defaults to the product’s database ID. Enter a custom field slug to use a different value.
Custom EAN Field
Section titled “Custom EAN Field”The EAN tag defaults to the global EAN field (if enabled) or product SKU. Enter a custom field slug to use a different value.
Product Description
Section titled “Product Description”Choose which description to use in the feed:
- Long description (default)
- Short description
- Parent description (for variations)
Configure the BRAND tag globally:
- Fixed text — enter the brand name directly
- Custom field — enter a custom field slug
- Taxonomy — enter the taxonomy identifier
Select the matching Brand type.
Category Mapping
Section titled “Category Mapping”Map your WooCommerce product categories to Heureka categories. Products automatically receive the mapped Heureka category based on their shop categorization.
Delivery Methods
Section titled “Delivery Methods”Configure global pricing for shipping methods:
- Select a delivery method from Heureka’s predefined list
- Enter the shipping cost
- Optionally add a cash-on-delivery surcharge
- Add additional delivery methods as needed
Heureka Availability Feed
Section titled “Heureka Availability Feed”The availability feed is a separate feed that provides real-time stock information. Enable it in the general settings under Enabled feeds.
Per-Product Settings
Section titled “Per-Product Settings”Each product has a dedicated Heureka Feed tab in the product edit screen where you can override:
- Exclude from feed / Bazaar flag
- Custom title, name, description, and images
- EAN, brand, product number, ISBN
- Delivery time overrides
- Video URL
- Custom parameters
- CPC (cost per click)
- Gift, extended warranty, accessories, special services
- Sales voucher (code, discount, description)
