Managing Rules
How to work with existing discount rules.
Rules Overview
Section titled “Rules Overview”WordPress Admin → Discounts → Discount Rules
Overview Columns
Section titled “Overview Columns”| Column | Description |

| Type | Discount type (Product, Bulk, BOGO, Upsell…) |
| Priority | Processing order |

Editing a Rule
Section titled “Editing a Rule”- Go to Discounts → Discount Rules
- Click on the rule name
- Edit the settings
- Click Update
Tip: Always clear cache after editing.
Duplicating a Rule
Section titled “Duplicating a Rule”Use case: Quickly create a similar rule
Steps:
- Find the rule in the rules overview
- Click Duplicate (below the name)
- Edit the duplicate as needed
- Publish
Changing Priority
Section titled “Changing Priority”Priority determines the processing order (lower number = higher priority)
Steps:
- Open the rule for editing
- Change the Priority value
- Click Update
Example:
Priority 1: VIP discount (processed first)Priority 10: General discount (processed last)Deactivating a Rule
Section titled “Deactivating a Rule”Temporarily disable without deleting
Steps:
- Open the rule for editing
- Uncheck Active
- Click Update
Tip: Use this instead of deleting for seasonal promotions.
Deleting a Rule
Section titled “Deleting a Rule”Permanent removal
Steps:
- Find the rule in the overview
- Click Delete (below the name)
- Confirm deletion
Warning: This cannot be undone!
Bulk Actions
Section titled “Bulk Actions”Select multiple rules and perform:
- Deactivate
- Activate
- Delete
Steps:
- Check the rules
- Select an action from the Bulk actions dropdown
- Click Apply
