Product Discounts
Product discounts are the simplest discount type that applies a percentage or fixed discount directly to selected products, displayed as a reduced price.
When to Use
Section titled “When to Use”- Clearance sales on specific products
- Seasonal promotions (Christmas, summer sales)
- Category discounts on product groups
- User-specific discounts for particular customers
Step 1: Basic Settings
Section titled “Step 1: Basic Settings”- Go to Discounts -> Add New
- Name the rule
- Select the Product Discounts type
Step 2: Discount Settings
Section titled “Step 2: Discount Settings”- Type: Percentage or fixed amount
- Value: e.g., 20 for 20%
Step 3: Product Selection (Filters)
Section titled “Step 3: Product Selection (Filters)”- Add a filter for specific products or categories
- Choose include or exclude
Step 4: Conditions (optional)
Section titled “Step 4: Conditions (optional)”- Cart value
- User role
- Time restriction

Section titled “Examples”20% off all T-shirts
- Filter: Category “T-shirts”
- Discount: Percentage 20%
$10 off a specific product
- Filter: Specific product
- Discount: Fixed $10
VIP 15% discount
- Filter: All products (empty)
- Condition: Role “Wholesaler”
- Discount: Percentage 15%
Black Friday with countdown
- Filter: All products
- Condition: Date November 24-25
- Discount: Percentage 30%
- Visual: Enable countdown
