Troubleshooting
If you encounter an issue with the WPify Woo Conditional Shipping and Payment plugin, follow these steps.

Check Rule Configuration
Section titled “Check Rule Configuration”Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Wpify Woo → Conditional Shipping and Payment and verify:
- The rule group is enabled (toggle is on)
- The correct shipping or payment methods are selected
- All conditions are configured correctly
- The actions are set up as intended

Test with Simple Rules
Section titled “Test with Simple Rules”Create a simple test rule with a single condition to verify the plugin is working. If the simple rule works, gradually add more conditions to identify which one causes the issue.

Check Logs
Section titled “Check Logs”The plugin logs activity:
- Go to WPify → WPify Logs
- Select plugin
wpify-woo-conditional-shippingwith the appropriate date - Review the entries — look for error records. They are usually marked in
level_nameasERROR.

Try to Resolve the Issue Yourself
Section titled “Try to Resolve the Issue Yourself”With the information from the logs, check the Errors and Solutions section, where you will find descriptions of common errors and their solutions.

- Description of the problem
- Steps to reproduce
- Content of relevant logs
- Plugin and WordPress version
