Shipping Methods

The plugin adds a Slovak Post points shipping method to WooCommerce. When enabled, customers can select a Slovak Post pickup point during checkout using the built-in picker widget.

Adding the Shipping Method

1. Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping
2. Select the shipping zone where you want to add the method (e.g. Slovakia)
3. Click Add shipping method
4. Select Slovak Post points and confirm with Add shipping method
5. Click Edit on the newly added method
6. Configure the method name, tax status, cost and other settings
7. Save changes

Tip

You can add the Slovak Post pickup point method to multiple shipping zones if needed — for example to different regions of Slovakia with different pricing.

Shipping Method Settings

When editing the Slovak Post points shipping method, you can configure:

Field	Description
Title	The shipping method name displayed to customers in checkout
Tax status	Whether the shipping cost is taxable or not
Cost	The shipping cost charged to the customer

How It Works in Checkout

1. The customer selects the Slovak Post points shipping method in checkout
2. A pickup point picker widget appears where the customer can search and select a pickup point
3. The customer must select a pickup point before placing the order — otherwise a validation error is shown
4. The selected pickup point details (name, address) are saved with the order
5. Pickup point details are displayed in the admin order detail and in customer emails
