Labels and Printing

Configure label printing options in WooCommerce → Wpify Modules → DPD.

Label Settings

Label Size

Paper size for printed labels:

Size	Description
A4	4 labels per page — suitable for standard office printers
A6	1 label per page — suitable for thermal printers

Label Format

File format for labels:

Format	Description
PDF	Standard format for regular printers
ZPL	Format for thermal printers (Zebra, GoDEX, etc.)

Tip

For thermal printers, set the format to ZPL and the size to A6.

Print Position

Starting position on the A4 page (1–4). Only applies when label size is A4. Determines which position gets the first label — useful when you want to print on a partially used sheet.

Printing Labels

Single Order

1. Open an order in WooCommerce → Orders
2. In the DPD metabox, click Generate label
3. The PDF/ZPL file is downloaded

Bulk Printing

1. Go to WooCommerce → Orders
2. Select multiple orders using the checkboxes
3. From the Bulk actions dropdown, select DPD - generate labels
4. Click Apply
5. A single PDF/ZPL file with all labels is downloaded

Submitting Orders to DPD

Before printing labels, orders must be submitted to DPD:

Single Order

1. Open the order detail
2. In the DPD metabox, verify the number of packages and sender address
3. Click Submit to DPD

Bulk Submission

1. Select multiple orders in the orders list
2. From Bulk actions, select DPD - submit orders to DPD
3. Click Apply

Note

Orders must be submitted to DPD before labels can be printed. If you try to print a label for an order that hasn’t been submitted, the plugin will submit it automatically first.

Multi-Package Shipments

For orders that require multiple packages:

1. Open the order detail
2. In the DPD metabox, change the number of packages in the Packages field
3. Submit the order to DPD
4. Each package receives its own tracking number and label
