Form Integration

The plugin supports automatic lead creation from form submissions. Configure form integration in WPify → Raynet.

Setup

1. Enable Integration

   In the Enabled integrations field, select the form plugin you are using (e.g., Contact Form 7, Fluent Forms, etc.).

2. Add Form Mapping

   In the Forms section, click Add to create a new form mapping.

3. Select Form

   Choose which form you want to connect to Raynet from the dropdown.

4. Map Standard Fields

   In the Standard fields section, map your form fields to Raynet fields:

   • For each mapping, select the Raynet field and the corresponding Form field
   • Alternatively, enter a Custom value — a static value that will always be sent to Raynet

   Note

   The Topic field is required and must always be sent to Raynet.

5. Map Custom Fields

   If you use custom fields in Raynet, map them in the Custom fields section:

   1. In the Raynet ID field, enter the field identifier shown in the code list display (after running Update code lists)
   2. Select the corresponding Form field or enter a Custom value

6. Configure Notifications

   Optionally add email addresses in the Notification emails field to receive notifications when a new lead is created.

7. Save Settings

   Click Save Settings. Form submissions will now automatically create leads in Raynet.
