Subscriptions

In the Subscriptions section you manage your active subscriptions for WPify plugins.

What is a Subscription

WPify plugin licenses work as annual subscriptions:

• Automatic renewal - License is automatically extended each year
• Automatic payments - Payment is charged from your saved payment method
• Continuous support - With an active subscription you have access to updates and support

Subscription List

The table shows all your subscriptions:

Column	Description
Number	Subscription identifier
Date	Subscription creation date
Status	Current status (active, cancelled, pending cancellation)
Total	Amount per period
Items	Products in subscription

Subscription Statuses

Status	Color	Meaning
Active	Green	Subscription is active and will be automatically renewed
Pending Cancellation	Yellow	Subscription is active until end of period, then won’t renew
Cancelled	Red	Subscription was cancelled

Subscription Detail

In the subscription detail you’ll find:

• Subscription number and creation date
• Next payment date - When the next payment will be charged
• Subscription status
• Payment method
• Total amount and items
• Billing details

Cancelling a Subscription

To cancel automatic renewal:

1. Open the active subscription detail
2. Click Cancel Subscription
3. Confirm cancellation in the dialog

Caution

After cancelling a subscription:

• License remains active until the end of the paid period
• After expiration you’ll lose access to updates and support
• Most plugins will continue to work without restrictions
• Some plugins may have limited functionality - see specific plugin documentation

Changing Payment Method

If you want to change your card or payment method:

1. Open the active subscription detail
2. Click Change Payment Method
3. You’ll be redirected to the payment gateway
4. Enter the new payment method

Tip

Changing payment method is only available for active subscriptions with a scheduled next payment.

Subscription Renewal

Only subscriptions that are not yet definitively cancelled can be renewed:

Status	Renewal Option
Pending Cancellation	Yes - in subscription detail click Renew Subscription
Payment Failed	Yes - update payment method and subscription will be renewed
Cancelled	No - definitively cancelled subscription cannot be renewed

Note

If your subscription was definitively cancelled and you want to use the plugin again, you need to purchase a new license.
