If you encounter a problem with any of our plugins, follow these steps:

  1. Check order notes

    In the WooCommerce order detail, you’ll find notes that plugins automatically add. Look for messages about errors or failed operations.

  2. Review logs

    Most plugins log communication in WPifyWPify Logs. Select the relevant plugin and date, look for records marked as ERROR.

  3. Check plugin documentation

    Each plugin has its own troubleshooting section with descriptions of common errors and their solutions.

  4. Contact support

    If the problem persists, email us at support@wpify.io with a description of the problem, steps to reproduce, and relevant log content.
